Mosaic clinic is on the Right just after Roosevelt crosses diagonally.

Directions from the North:
I-5 Southbound
Exit 145th Street
Turn Right at the top of the exit ramp onto 145th Street
Get in left lane
Make first Left turn onto 1st Ave NE
Mosaic clinic will be on the Letf in about 4 blocks
(if you cross Roosevelt, you have gone about 1/2 block too far)
